Expression Of Interest for Mid – Term Evaluation of The Program

Trias Tanzania is a Belgian Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to empowering farmer and non-farmer family entrepreneurs globally to serve as catalysts for social and economic transformation towards a fair and just society. In Tanzania, Trias operates in 11 districts across the Arusha and Manyara regions, as well as Zanzibar. Aligned with its strategic note (2022 – 2031), Trias Tanzania has developed INCLUDE (HUSISHA) for Sustainable Development Programme (2022-2026), which coincides with the first cycle of the current strategy.

This program focuses on enhancing the livelihoods of family farmers, small-scale entrepreneurs, and pastoralist members of 7 Member Based Organizations (MBOs) to become stronger and more sustainable organizations and empowered actors of change. They are to become more inclusive, professional, transparent, democratic, and resilient as they improve the quality and accessibility of their services, including environmental and climate action strategies, and build powerful alliances and networks.

Trias Tanzania invites expressions of interest from motivated consultants/ firms to conduct a Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) of the program, with a focus on effectiveness analysis. The objective of the MTE is to assess the efficacy of program approaches and identify areas for adaptation to enhance effectiveness. The evaluation is scheduled to take place between May and August 2024.
