Ruvuma Coal Limited, a company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania with company numberl28019(Ruvuma or the Company), is seeking expressions of interest from reputable and qualified providers for the following goods and services relating to its coal mining activities in the Ruvuma region in 2024.

RCL-001 Yellow mining equipment to purchase
RCL-002 Yellow mining equipment to hire
RCL-003 Security equipment and network installation
RCL-004 Explosives includinq delivery and blasting services
RCL-005 Food and household supplies
RCL-006 Security Services
RCL-007 Design and construction of bulk coal storage covers
RCL-008 Road consulting services
Interested and qualified parties wishing to provide their goods in line with the above-listed request must submit via email to zabuni@ruvumacoal.co.tz with the package number as the subject line of the email, including the following documents, to the Company for verification:
• Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
• Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Registered office address
• Up to date BRELA Search
• Proof of local content compliance
• Certified copy of current Business License
• Tax Clearance Certificate
• TIN Certificate
• VAT Certificate
• Details of Company Representative / Contact Person
• Three years of audited accounts
• 5 years of safety records
• Registration with appropriate governing bodies
• Detailed previous experience with references
• And any other information/document a company may require
The interested companies will have up to 21 June 2024 to respond to the EOI.
