JOB DETAILS:

• Minimum of an Advanced Diploma in Insurance.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in the insurance industry.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee end-to-end management of Mix by Yas Insurance products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Strengthen relationships with insurance business partners by offering expert guidance and support.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve insurance business targets and expand market penetration.
• Design and execute educational and marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL) to drive awareness and usage of insurance products.
• Monitor partner performance to ensure operational and commercial goals are met.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies to achieve the investment business targets.
• Provide financial products and services for a range of investment types, including Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Property, Money Market Funds, Retirement Plans.
• Responsible for the scoping, design, implementation, and commercial initiatives for Insurance Products.
• Manage the penetration and usage of all Partner products through marketing strategies (ATL & BTL), as well as educational campaigns & strategies.

CORE COMPETENCIES
• Experience in Mobile & Digital Payments is an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience of project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, Analytical and Evaluation skills.
