Duties and responsibilities
• Maintain positive business relationship, to ensure positive sales in the near future
• Manage all sales including upcountry sales
• Maintaining constant sales records
• Provide sales report daily, weekly and monthly
• To Enhance good communication and relation with all the customers
• Lead Top-to-Top Meetings with Key customers.
• develop and execute coverage plans for the entire geography of the Distributor
• Should have ability to take challenges and motivate self & organization behind stretch targets.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Generating leads.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in marketing, business or related field.
• Sales experience of not less than 3-5 years in FMCG
• A commitment to excellent customer services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with both customers and suppliers
• Experience to use computers for a variety tasks
• Strong business acumen
• Persistence and flexibility
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
