Position Summary
HEA is looking for an experienced Field Sales Officer reporting to the Sales Representative and will work in close collaboration with the MD of HEA to support the ongoing sales activities

Duties and Responsibilities
• Customer inquiry processing.
• Preparing of proposals, schedules and specifications.
• Preparing and processing quotations and orders on SAP.
• Monitoring & reporting sales activities.
• Customer facing activities
• Chasing sales leads

Qualification and Experience
• Tanzanian citizen
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing
• 5 years plus Experience in construction and / or furniture manufacturing industry

Skills and Competencies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and spoken) Fluent in Kiswahili and English skills;
• Analytical, organized, and capable of making decisions.
• Advanced computer skills and ready to learn new systems.
• Local market knowledge.
• Technical aptitude
