  KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is an international non-profit organization dedicated to the fight against tuberculosis (TB), the deadliest infectious disease in the world. KNCV is an international center of excellence for TB control that promotes effective, efficient, innovative and sustainable tuberculosis control strategies in a national and international context. Our multidisciplinary team of passionate professionals covers a broad range of expertise such as programmatic TB control, research, clinical management, social science, education, digital health, and project management.
Over the past century KNCV has made a significant contribution to the successful fight against TB in the Netherlands, and since the 1970s, we have shared our knowledge and expertise with the rest of the world. We operate from a central office in The Hague, the Netherlands, a regional office in Central Asia and country offices in Africa and (central) Asia. KNCV raises funds from private, institutional, corporate and government donors.
IMPAACT4TB Project Latent tuberculosis (TB) infection (LTBI) is the seed bed for developing TB disease and continued transmission. WHO policy to give at least six months of isoniazid preventive therapy (IPT) to people living with HIV (PLWHIV) and child contacts has existed since 1993, yet the uptake of IPT in high burden countries remains poor. A short-course regimen of isoniazid and rifapentine weekly for three months (3HP) is now available for TB preventive therapy (TPT), 3HP is associated with less toxicity, better adherence and similar efficacy to PT and may be logistically easier for programmes to scale up. The IMPAACT4TB project is conducted by a consortium led by the Aurum Institute with core partners Clinton Health Access Initiative, Johns Hopkins University, KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation and the Global Drug Facility in 12 strategically selected countries that have a high burden of TB. KNCV is leading the implementation process in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Malawi and Indonesia. : KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following full time positions:
Finance & Administrative Officer

As Finance & Administrative Officer you will support the Project Managers with financial, administrative and HR issues. You ensure the financial, administrative and human resource related policies and documents are updated and implemented. You supervise the Administrative Assistant and ensure the accounting transactions are in accordance with local law, generally accepted Accounting Principles, KNCV and donor policies, and any cost principles imposed by KNCV or the projects. Further you support the Project Managers in the development of project budgets and cash flow projections and keep timely, complete and correct financial transactions. You will facilitate accurate and timely submission of monthly financial reports and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliation.

Who are we looking for? You have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or CPA. Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, administration and human resources, preferably with an international organization. Experience with donor funded projects in a public health related field preferred. Demonstrated experience and skills in planning, budgeting and forecasting, financial management and financial reporting.
