About the Role
As a Finance Manager, you will report to the Chief Finance Officer and manage a team of finance analysts and officers. You will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial
• Lead and mentor a team of finance analysts and officers, ensuring their professional development and
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning and
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals and
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records and
• Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other

Qualifications
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal

Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or
• Experience in the FMCG industry or supply chain
• Knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial management
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple
