Kibo Palace Hotel, located in Moshi, takes its name from Africa’s largest mountain, Kilimanjaro, specifically its highest peak called Kibo. With its unique location, the hotel provides a delightful experience of hospitality and modern amenities to vacationers from around the world.

About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Attendant at our food outlets. The attendant will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department according to the established brand standards by providing excellent customer service, being flexible and efficient in the food and beverage department at all times. The role includes serving food, taking orders communicating with customers, and assisting with conferences as needed.

Some other responsibilities will include:
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu
• Handle all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Set, clear and reset designated working areas
• Monitor operation supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage

Qualifications
• Customer service, communication, and food service skills
• Experience in working in a food and beverage environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to work well in a team
• Prior experience as a Food Server is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
