Join our dynamic team at Park Hyatt Zanzibar, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, high-end environment. We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to elevate our operations and ensure unparalleled guest satisfaction
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Proficient in menu planning and development
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
