Successful candidates will demonstrate an end-to-end understanding of the business chain LafargeHolcim’s strategic priorities and our over-arching values

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must have graduated within the least 2 years with excellence academic performance in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Geology, Chemical and Process Engineering], Accounts and Finance, information Technology (IT), Procurement, Human Resources and Business Administration

Fluent in English and Swahili, ability to deliver on results, act with Integrity, ensure sustainability, care for respect, people, openness and inclusion
