JOB DETAILS:
Apotheker Consultancy (T) is established and incorporated in Tanzania. Apotheker provides technical support, consultancy services and implementation to a range of health programs in Tanzania and beyond with focus on Pharmaceutical services, public health and general health related services.
Apotheker is looking for qualified individuals to support activities in one of its projects aiming at improving child and adolescents’ health in Tanzania. Job positions are for offices located in Dar es salaam
POSITION SUMMARY
The HR and Operations Officer will report to the Project Lead and will work under the Finance and Operations Manager to provide support to administrative, human resource and finance support functions.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring the company’s HR policy and practices are in place and implemented
• Work and collaborate with the Finance and Operations Manager on the implementation of project administrative, finance and operation systems and procedures
• Facilitate development and implementation of office logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and timely deployment for all project operations.
• Facilitate effective communication between project, Government offices and project related partners in the country
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the project lead relating to all aspects of the human resource, administration and logistic functions of the project

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES
Applying candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, possession of MBA will be an added advantage. The candidate must also have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in HR and administration from reputable organizations.
The candidate must possess a good understanding of operationalization of HR policies, knowledge in Tanzania labor laws. She/he must also demonstrate experiences in managing staff from multiple disciplines as well as managing multiple tasks.
