JOB DETAILS:
Headteacher

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head Teacher to lead our educational institution in its growth and development. As the Head Teacher focused on school popularity and student enrollment, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the school's reputation, increasing its visibility, and attracting a diverse student population.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive enrollment strategies to increase student enrollment, diversity, and retention. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, trends, and potential growth opportunities. Collaborate with the admissions team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the school's unique value proposition.
• Implement initiatives to improve the school's reputation, visibility, and brand recognition within the local community and educational networks. Build strong relationships with parents, community leaders, feeder schools, and other stakeholders to promote the school and its programs. Act as a spokesperson for the school at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Develop and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the school's visibility and attract prospective students and their families. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and community outreach, to maximize exposure and generate interest in the school's programs and offerings.
• Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies and admissions processes. Collaborate with the admissions team to establish enrollment targets, streamline the application process, and ensure a positive experience for prospective students and their families. Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations as needed to assess prospective students' suitability for the school.
• Work closely with the school's leadership team, faculty, and staff to align enrollment strategies with the school's mission, values, and educational objectives. Collaborate with academic departments to develop attractive and innovative academic programs and extracurricular activities that meet the needs and interests of students.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track enrollment trends, assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, the board of directors, and relevant stakeholders on enrollment progress, marketing initiatives, and future growth projections.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in enrollment management and marketing. Attend professional development conferences, workshops, and seminars to continuously enhance knowledge and skills related to school popularity and student enrollment.

Qualifications

• Degree in education, educational administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in enrollment management, marketing, or admissions within the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of educational trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics in the local and regional context.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with parents, students, faculty, and community members.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive enrollment plans and marketing campaigns.
• Creative thinking and innovative approach to enhance the school's reputation and attract students.
• The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze enrollment data, interpret trends, and make data-informed decisions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team toward achieving enrollment targets.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
