A well-established BEACH HOTEL in DAR ES SALAAM is looking for a General Manager.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Experience Level: Management level
Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description

Qualifications:
A Minimum degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification with at least 3 years experience of running at least a 3-star hotel with a proven track record.

Duties:

• Overall management of the hotel including:
  
• Supervising and training or recruiting staff if need be
  
• Managing budgets, statistics, and records
  
• Planning maintenance work, events, and room bookings
  
• Handling customer queries
  
• Promoting and marketing the hotel etc.
  

Should have: Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently, good interpersonal and listening skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff, suppliers and clients in a professional manner.
