JOB DETAILS:
The Hotel Manager who will be in charge of the Lake and Bukoba Coop Hotels owned by KCU (1990) Ltd, will be responsible to the General Manager of KCU (1990) Ltd. He will ensure good resource management to increase revenue.

Responsibilities
• Managing hotel staff
• Managing hotel hygiene
• Ensuring the safety of hotel guests
• Ensuring the security of hotel properties.
• Ensuring the availability of hotel requirements
• Manage hotel use and revenue
• Improving hotel revenue
• Preparing a hotel budget
• Prepare various reports.
• Managing minor renovations of building and equipment
• Managing hotel property management

Criteria and Experience
• Having a hotel education at the top diploma level, a hotel degree holder will be an additional qualification or training related to hotel matters.
• Be able to speak and write English and Kiswahili fluently.
• Have experience working in hotel services
• Be able to set priorities and focus on time.
• Have computer skills.
• Not be over 45 years
• Must be a citizen of Tanzania.
• He should never have been convicted of a criminal offense
