JOB DETAILS:
Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in hospitality or tourism industry.
• Familiarity with Tanzanian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment and staffing within Tanzania, including knowledge of local hiring processes and cultural considerations.
• Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with Tanzanian regulations and cultural expectations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a Tanzanian organizational setting.
