 • Preparation of monthly salary
• Managing Recruitment activities
• Analysis of HR cost for the company
• Payment of WCF and submission of receipt to WCF
• Preparation of NSSF and make sure new employee register for NSSF and supervise the action
• Preparation of Monthly salary, WCF, NSSF and SDL
• Analysing HR cost for all casual labour of the company
• SDL payment for all casual labour monthly
• Represent the company to CMA ,TUICO and in all labour cases
• Follow up with WCF in case of staff injuries
