JOB DETAILS:
Kagera Cooperative Union (1990) Ltd a Cooperative Institution based in Kagera Region and operating in three District Bukoba, Muleba and Missenyi has Employment Opportunity as follows:-
Human Resource Officer- One Post.

Qualification and Experience.
• Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource and Public Administration or any other related degree.
• Previous experience in Human Resource Management and Administration of at least 3 years.
• Must be fluent in both English and Swahili language.
• Must be computer literate.

Duties and Responsibilities.
• Report to the General Manager
• Head of the Administration Department
• Advise the General Manager on Human Resource Management such as needs of Recruitments, Human Resource Discipline, employee remunerations and other benefits, training etc.
• Interpretation of by-laws, Labour Laws, staff and financial regulations and scheme of service.
• Recorder of KCU (1990) Ltd Management, Board and General Meetings.
• Liase with Labour Institutions and Trade Unions.
• Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Terms of Employment and remuneration.
Tenure: Three years renewable employment contract.
Age: Not above 45 years of age.
Remuneration:
Attractive salary not below KSS 5 of KCU (1990) Ltd salary scales and other benefits as per KCU(1990)Ltd Staff Regulations.
