HUMAN RESOURCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Kibo Seed Company is a medium sized company in the agriculture sector dealing with production and selling of certified seeds within the region.

Kibo Seed would like to recruit a highly motivated and result oriented Human Resource Officer based in Arusha to manage the Human Resource activities of the company. The Human Resource Officer will be reporting to the General Manager.

The Job:

• He/She will coordinate recruit and staffing matters. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding employees.
• Human Resource policy development and implementation.
• Employee relations, safety and welfare of the company
• Employee development and training. - Handle union matters and industrial relations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource management from recognized institutions. Masters level will be an added advantage. Five (5) years’ experience in busy environment.
• Be a member of a recognized professional body in Human Resource field.
• Must have experience in Union matters and how they operate.
• Competence in policy formulation and implementations
