Job Overview:
The Human Resources Associate will provide HR support to the AzamPesa regional sales teams across multiple locations. This role involves recruitment, performance monitoring, employee support, and administrative tasks, with regular visits to the field to monitor sales dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
Collaborate with regional hiring managers to manage the recruitment process and implement smooth onboarding programs for sales teams.
• Performance Monitoring:
Track and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity.
• Employee Support:
Address HR-related issues and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
• Learning & Development:
Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and coach sales teams for continuous improvement.
• HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports for performance, attendance, and training.
• Market Visits:
Conduct regular visits to monitor sales dynamics and provide HR support.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR and administration experience.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
