Position : Human Resources Manager
Altezza Travelling Limited wishes to invite competent, qualified, experienced, and dedicated Tanzanians to fill in the job vacancy which is currently available in the company .

Location: Kilimanjaro.
Job Description
• Recruiting staff by preparing job descriptions and job adverts and using the best method in advertising.
• Shortlisting and selecting best applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques.
• Administering payroll.
• Maintaining staff records by ensuring that all the records are well organized by filling and scanning.
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation.
• Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Act as a Bridge between Management and employees and improve relations by addressing demands,

grievances or other issues.
• Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Follow up on the timely renewal employee contract of employment
• Ensure all Hr data is fully filled and updated on the HR System.

Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in the Human Resources Field .
• Should have high knowledge and understanding of Tanzania labour law and be conversant in dispute

Management.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• critical thinker and having communications skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
