Job Description:
Are you an HR professional with a passion for managing human resources in an industrial setting? Maple Group is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce solutions and the welfare of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding industrial labor.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the industrial labor environment.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work culture.
• Administer benefits and compensation programs for employees.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in workforce planning and labor allocation for client projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their labor needs and provide HR solutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the industrial labor outsourcing or staffing industry.
• Must be 45 years old and above.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
