JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• To perform daily administrative functions which involve monitoring the performance of the main system and back up servers by ensuring that they run properly and any trouble shooting is resolved promptly;
• To ensure that hard disks have adequate space for data storage and processing;
• To assist in system and network maintenance;
• To trouble-shoot systems and network;
• To perform or direct web site updates;
• To identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction;
• To maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups;
• To develop or validate test routines and schedules in order to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types;
• To write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using workflow chart and diagram, and apply knowledge of computer capabilities;
• To write or contribute to instructions or manuals in order to guide end users;
• To provide routine system support for remote office connectivity, system applications and desktop hardware installation remotely or through contract support;
• To assist the implementation of Network Security within the Local and Wide Area Networks;
• To establish installation requirements and ensure that the operating systems do not interfere with one another; and
• To perform any other duties as may be assigned by his/her superior.

Qualification and Experience
• Holders of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, or equivalent qualification from recognized institution.
• Ability to sale and market SELF MF products
• Ability to negotiate with clients
• Ability to handle customers
• Flexibility on job rotation
• Ability to recover defaulted loans
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Readiness to work anywhere in Tanzania
