JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for managing all local computer technology and services in the Hotel. The IT Manager ensures the streamlined operation of the department in alignment with the business objectives of the organisation by coordinating, directing, design IT-related activities, as well as providing technical and administrative support for the daily operational activities related to IT. The IT Manager will define and implement IT policies, procedures, best practices. .

Job Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of 8 years working experience in a senior IT role, preferable in the Hotel sector
• Experience of all Microsoft systems & Hotel applications, such as Fidelio, Micros, Opera
• Experience in developing & leading a team in the management of IT systems
• Proven experience with a wide variety of productivity & business software
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT projects
• Well experienced in managing data network & telecommunications systems
• Experience of IT infrastructure technologies, inclusive of security solutions, personal computing, help desk, servers, and printers
