JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the organization’s information systems infrastructure, including hardware, software and networks.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Develop and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and protect against cybersecurity threats.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide technical support and guidance as necessary.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in information systems and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of our information systems.
• Experience with managing and configuring Azure Active Directory for user authentication and access control.
• Familiarity with PBX systems and VoIP technologies.
• Knowledge of SIP and related telecommunication protocols.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in similar role
• Strong knowledge of information systems infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks
• Proficiency in system administration and troubleshooting across various platforms (e.g., Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools for threat detection and mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
