JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an intercontinental chef to join our team and prepare deliciaous meals for our customers and the responsibilities include;
• Studying recipes
• Setting up menus and preparing high quality national&continental dishes.
• Ensures meals are prepared in a timely manner.
• You should be familiar with sanitation regulations.
• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment,like kives,pans and kitchen scales.
• Study each recipe and gather all necesary ingredients needed.
• Inform wait staff about daily specials ensure appealing plate presentation
• Supervise cooks and assist as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
• Ensure the environment is always neat.

Qualifiaction
1.Minimum of 10 years chef experience in a well established restaurant or hotel.
2.Successfull completion of training in Food,confectioner or hospitality program will be an added advantage.

Required skills
1.Proven work experience as a chef or cook
2.Hands on experience with various kitchen equipment,grillers and pasat maker
3.Leadership skills
4.Excellent time management abilities.
5.Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
