Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Suppliers / Service Providers / Contractors for Financial Year 2025-2027
1. Overview of Six Rivers Africa (SRA):
Six Rivers Africa (SRA) is a not-for-profit organization focused on conservation initiatives aimed at understanding, protecting, and promoting biodiversity in Tanzania’s wetlands and former hunting areas.
2. Pre-Qualification Process:
SRA intends to identify and pre-qualify reputable, qualified, and competent suppliers, service providers, and contractors for various goods, services, and works for the period of three years (2025-2027). The process is open to suppliers from any part of Tanzania, and both current and new suppliers/service providers are invited to apply. Identified pre-qualified vendors will compete for business opportunities, and SRA will select preferred vendors among the pre-qualified list.
3. Categories for Pre-Qualification:
Interested vendors are invited to apply for one or more categories listed below. Separate applications are permitted for different lots. The categories are:

4. Submission Instructions:
Interested applicants can seek further clarification by sending an email to procurement@sixriversafrica.com before the submission deadline. Applicants must confirm their intention to participate by providing contact information to procurement@sixriversafrica.com, Attn: Procurement Team.
5. Submission Deadlines & Delivery:
Bids must be submitted by hand, email, courier, or registered post to the SRA office by 16:00 HRS local time. Email submissions should be sent at least two days before the deadline to procurement@sixriversafrica.com. Late submissions will not be accepted.
6. SRA’s Right to Reject Applications:
SRA reserves the right to reject any or all applications, to waive any defects or informality, and assumes no responsibility for expenses incurred by bidders during the preparation of their bids. The organization is not obliged to invite any bidders or quotations from any candidates that have shown interest in this invitation.
7. Ethical Considerations:
SRA takes unethical actions very seriously and does not tolerate any form of fraud or corruption in its operations.
