Invitation for Quotation Request

Oikos East Africa, in collaboration with WWF, has set aside funds from the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development for the supply and installation of a solar system in Njiro Sub-Village, Kisiwani Bazarani Village, Same District, Kilimanjaro Region. Oikos East Africa now invites the submission of quotations from eligible contractors registered in Class VI and above with the Contractor Registration Board for electrical and mechanical contractors.

Scope of Work

The supply and installation of the solar pumping system for Njiro Sub-Village, Kisiwani Bazarani Village, includes:

• Supply and installation of solar pumping system.
• Supply and installation of pipes and fittings.

Request for Quotation

The request for quotation form, technical specifications, and bill of quantities in English will be sent freely upon e-mail request through the following email address:
procurement@oikosea.org

The documents must be submitted to Oikos East Africa Office either in hard copy or soft copy (via the above-mentioned email).

Important Dates

• Deadline for Requesting Quotation Form, Technical Specifications, and Bill of Quantities:
  17:00 EAT on 4th November 2024.
• Submission Deadline:
  Contractors or suppliers must submit all the documentation, properly filled in, by email to procurement@oikosea.org, or hard copy to Oikos East Africa office by 11:00 AM EAT on 8th November 2024.
