Invitation for Tender for Supplies and Pre-Qualification at World Vision Tanzania (WVT)

World Vision Tanzania – Head Office in Arusha invites sealed tenders from experienced and eligible vendors to tender for the services listed below, as detailed in the Tender Document.

Tender Lots:

LOT 1: Supply and Installation of Internet Services

• Supply and installation of internet services across various locations.

Construction services

LOT 2: ICT Maintenance (Specific for Arusha Region)

• ICT maintenance services for World Vision Tanzania in Arusha region.

LOT 3: Courier Service

• Provision of reliable courier services.

LOT 4: Transportation Services

• Provision of transportation services.

LOT 5: Pre-Qualification of Supplies and Services

• A. ICT Supplies (e.g., toners, electronics, printers, etc.)
• B. Medical Supplies
• C. Agriculture Inputs (e.g., seeds, seedlings, and machinery)
• D. Office Furniture

Note:

• LOT 5 does not require suppliers/potential bidders to purchase a tender document.
• Bidders for LOT 5 shall email their request for tender documents to tzao_tenders@wvi.org. Upon sending your email, indicate the company name as the email subject. A link to access bid documents for pre-qualification will be sent within 48 hours through the Coupa Provision system.

Tender Submission Process:

• Bidders shall email their bank deposit slip for a non-refundable fee of Tsh. 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Only) to the email address: tzao_tenders@wvi.org.
• Upon sending the email, indicate the company name in the subject line.
• The same email address will confirm the payment and send a receipt.
• A link to access bid documents will be sent within 48 hours through the Coupa Provision system upon confirmation of the receipt.

Tender Opening:

• Tenders will be opened immediately on the same bid closing day and time in the presence of bidders or their representatives via an online platform (Zoom link). The Zoom link will be shared in your email prior to the opening time.

Evaluation:

• WVT is not bound to accept the lowest, highest, or any tender.
• The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per World Vision Tanzania Procurement Guidelines.
