1. This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in Tanzania National Electronic Procurement System (TANEPS) dated July, 2022.

2. The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) during the financial year 2022/2023. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Hardware and software.

3. The Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) now invites tenders from eligible Suppliers for Supply and Installation of Hardware and Software

4. Tendering will be conducted through the International Competitive tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013-Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.

5. Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document through the national online procurement system-TANEPS via link: www.taneps.go.tz  A complete set of tendering documents) in English may be accessed through TANGPS.

6. Tenderers are required to register on the TANEPS and pay tender participation fee indicated in the TANPS to be able to participate in this tendering process.

7. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.

8. All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through TANGPS at or before Tuesday 13th December, 2022, 11.00 a.m. East African Time. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter through TANePS. Tender opening details will be available to the public through TANGPS.

9. Tenders not received through TANGPS shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
