NOTICE INVITING SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
For Provision of Consultancy services for supervising the Construction of two Technical Sports Centers at Kigamboni Dar es Salaam and Mnyanjani-Tanga .

1. Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) has set aside funds toward the construction supervision cost of two Technical Sports Centre in Kigamboni Dar es Salaam and Mnyanjani-Tanga. TFF intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this request for Proposals is issued.

2. TFF now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: Construction Supervision for Technical Sports Centre's in Kigamboni and Tanga. Supervision of Construction of two Technical Sports Centers at Kigamboni-Dar es Salaam and Mnyanjani-Tanga. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.

3. A complete set of Request for Proposal (RFP) Document in English may be purchased by interested Consultants upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 200,000/= Payment should either be by Cash, Banker's Draft, or Banker's Cheque, payable to General Secretary - Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) Headquarters Dar es Salaam,

4. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant's profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

5. A firm will be selected under Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with the policies detailed in FIFA Forward Development Programme Regulations.

2 - Instructions to Consultants (including Data Sheet) Section
3 - Technical Proposal - Standard Forms Section
4 - Financial Proposal - Standard Forms Section
5 - Terms of Reference Section
6 - Standard Forms of Contract

7. All Proposal in one original plus Three (3) Copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to Tanzania Football Federation Offices, Karume Memorial Stadium, Uhuru/Shaurimoyo Rd-Ilala, P. O. Box 1574 – Dar es Salaam before Wednesday 2nd September, 2020 at 2:00p.m.Technical Proposals will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers' representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Tanzania Football Federation Offices.
