JOB DETAILS:
  Dodoma Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (DUWASA) was established under section 3(1) of Cap. 272 of 1997 as repealed by section 60 of Water supply and Sanitation Act No. 05 of 2019. DUWASA is charged with the overall responsibility of operations and management of water supply and sanitation services in Dodoma urban within the Municipality.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, skills and Abilities) Holder of Diploma in Water Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with three years relevant experience in water production and treatment and good knowledge of ICT application skills.

  Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carries out water sample tests every day in order to establish the types and quantities of water treatment.
• Carries out analysis of raw water and treated water
• Performs water and waste water treatment processes.
• Carries out physical, chemical and bacteriological analysis of water and waste water.
• Performs any other duties relevant to the scope of work as may be assigned by Production Engineer
