CEMDO – Tanzania (NGO) is seeking a suitably qualified Tanzanian to fill the following vacancies:
Logistic and Store Keeper -ADVT N0 001/2019

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree on Procurement ,Logistic and Stores Management or related disciplines;
  
• Specific and demonstrated skills and experience in Store Records management capacity building in logistics and Procurements, Laws ,Policy and Regulations;
  
• Minimum 3 years’ experience similar working in Tanzanian NGO;
  
• Experience/skills in projects’ management ,Data Records and Procurements systems and reporting;
  
• Excellent communication capabilities;
  
• Computer literacy;
  
• Languages: English fluent, Kiswahili;
  
• Strong commitment;
  
• Flexibility, availability to perform other duties;
  
• Team Player;
  
• Willful to work in an international environment and aware of gender balance;
  

BASIC FUNCTION
The LOGISTIC AND STORE KEEPER is reporting to Project Finance Manager, responsible for Store Management under CEMDO Procurement Policy relating with Partner Procurements Regulation and policies the Maintain stores records and ensuring they goods received Records from time to time .Maintains proper Store Records of all project and organization a work environment conducive to meet Project and Organization goals and objectives. Collaborate with UNHCR, MoHA and local authorities and other partners involved in the project; Resources accountability, to prepare Monthly quarterly and annual Stores report and other financial duties.
