JOB PURPOSE:
Business planning framework responsible for making sure products reach their destination safely, secure and on time. Part of supply chain management in charge of governing transportation efforts. Includes a range of professionalism from logistics coordinators to truck drivers all the way to dispatching.

DUTIES:
• Coordinate and truck movements of goods through logistics ways
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
• Coordinating and tracking shipments
• Trucking drivers and cargo online
• Keeping truck of drivers log-book and fuel consumption
• Keeping and updating insurance records and any vehicle certificate that is required as per the law.
• Updating driver’s personnel details and keeping the HR Department updated.
• Responding to inquiries, questions, customer’s complains, providing solutions and giving feedback on the same.
• Providing rooting information to driver, client and management
• Making sure that there is always a driver in pool ready to replace any that will either call sick or get into an accident.
• Daily documents arrangement.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate should be attentive to details, Time management, Good communicator and Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision.
• Work well with deadlines and Knowledge of logistics tools.
