DESCRIPTION
The position is for Diamonds Mapenzi Beach resort in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Maintenance Supervisor in Zanzibar is solely responsible for the Maintenance department of the resort making sure that resort facilities and equipment are well maintained and preventive maintenance is done timely and properly.
Maintenance Supervisor is in charge of the Maintenance team including recruitment, wellbeing, training, motivation and discipline of the employees.

REQUIREMENTS
Maintenance Supervisor should have:

• Technical education;
  
• 4-5 years experience in the role of Maintenance/ Engineering Supervisor;
  
• International experience (resort experience and remote locations are an advantage);
  
• Team leadership experience;
  
• Excellent knowledge in all maintenance spheres.
