The East African Development Bank (EADB) was established in 1967 with the remit to provide financial related support to its member states which currently are Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda. The EADB has a country office in each of the member states.

JOB DETAILS:
The Manager, Security is accountable for the safety and security of EADB staff , the general public using EADB premises, all bank property including archives and, IT systems and also responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate policies and systems to maintain health, safety and security.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• The successful candidate must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in National Police service or the Military. He/she should have at least four (4) years continuous experience in Crime Investigation unit or VIP protection Unit at a supervisory level and five years in a similar role within a corporate environment or with a diplomatic mission.
  
• S/he should have a relevant degree or higher national diploma from a recognized institution of learning.
  
• The suitable candidate should have proven track record of good performance whilst in police or military service.
