Job Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related field
2. Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers
3. Basic Job Functions
4. Uploading and posting of collection receipts
5. Posting settlements deposits and direct cash deposits customer accounts
6. Clear all reconciling items on the collection accounts
7. Timely submission of Reports.

JOB DETAILS:

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls
2. Responsible for achieving individual sales target.
3. Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target
4. Informing clients about market trends
5. Implement the company’s policies
6. Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. At least an Ordinary diploma in any business related field
2. Proficiency in computer applications.
3. Good problem analysis and solving skills
4. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
5. Good communication skills
