JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
• To attend emergency medical duties;
• To carry out ward rounds;
• To perform surgical duties;
• To perform clinical duties in both private and public outpatient clinics;
• To carry out researches in their respective medical fields;
• To participate fully in morning clinical sessions, patients’ presentation and clubs;
• To participate in Medical Board;
• To participate in outreach programs;
• To participate in preparation of budget of Medical Directorate;
• To initiate, Create and plan strategies to improve his/her professional services;
• To prepare Continuing Education Programs for Medical Personnel;
• To provide Medical legal advice;
• To carry out administrative duties in his respective working area;
• To ensure adherence to standard operating procedure and BMH business process; and
• To perform any other duties related to his/her work as assigned by his/her superior.

Qualification and Experience
• Holder of Master of Medicine Degree (M. Med) in Hematology from a recognized institution who is registered with the Medical Council of Tanganyika. He/ She must be a holder of a Doctor of Medicine Degree.
