Job Description
• The M & E and Learning Coordinator will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of treatment provided in the clinics by analyzing and interpreting the data in Salesforce and guide the Zonal Coordinators and clinics to make informed decisions for improvement.
• The M & E and Learning Coordinator has the responsibility of ensuring that all planned trainings are coordinated in the zones.
• Shall work with zonal technical coordinators to improve KPIs.
• Shall develop and supervise M & E plan for TCCO.
• Shall prepare quarterly and annual technical reports.
• Shall be responsible for supportive supervision in collaboration with Zonal Coordinators.
• Shall also be the Technical Coordinator for the Coast zone.
• Shall carryout other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
