JOB DETAILS:
  Objectives of the Position:
• To develop systems and implement appropriate technology for quality, timely data collection, analysis, verification and reporting, in collaboration with program staff and relevant stakeholders and in accordance with the project M&E plan;
• To develop and implement a reporting system to track project progress and that will contribute toward project planning and decision making.
• To support monitoring and process evaluation data collection by developing and implementing mobile data collection methodologies and systems;
• To train program staff and stakeholders to collect accurate data and use mobile data collection technologies that enable high quality and timely data;
• Ensure data collection and management use appropriate strategies and tools in accordance with ethics and policies on human subjects’ research.
