MISSION
Under the direct supervision of the I.T Manager, the Network Administrator is responsible for the following and in line with his area of expertise:
The management, availability and service quality of the IT infrastructure administration, for both Head Office and branches (Servers and Workstation administration, Anti-virus, Security, Network, backup and monitoring)
The installation and maintenance of users work stations to ensure availability of their associated applications
The set-up and maintenance of telecommunication networks between the head office and the branches, including IP-PBX VoIP and Mail server..
