Job Details
• Fund transferring and document delivery to banks.
• Making and delivering purchases while following rules of purchases and delivery.
• Collection of office deliveries from suppliers
• Transferring and collecting assets to and from pick-points
• Office equipment maintenance
• Registration of motor vehicles to respective authorities and maintenance
• Reporting and informing of any missing company assets to respective authorities.
• Monitoring the functioning of the company generator.
• Record keeping for company assets.
• Ensuring payments of company post office box, electricity bills and safe-keeping post office box key.
