Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree: A solid educational background in Graphic Design.
• Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in Graphic Design roles.
• Portfolio: A demonstrable portfolio showcasing your exceptional graphic design skills.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in computer-aided design software including Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Aftereffects, etc.
• Bonus Skills: Motion graphics experience would be advantageous.
• Visual Expertise: A discerning eye for exceptional visual composition.
• Diverse Skill Set: Proficiency in marketing, Social Media Promotion, production script, corporate identity, advertisements, product packaging, and multimedia design.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines consistently.
• Constructive Criticism: Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze design briefs and project requirements effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design work.
