JOB DETAILS:
FJB HR Brain Company Ltd on behalf of our Client who is a large Manufacturing Industry based in Tanga. We are currently looking to recruit two suitably and qualified individuals to work in the Positions Operations Manager and Business Development Officer. Both roles report directly to the Chief Executive Officer in performing their duties and responsibilities.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager report direct to the Chief Executive officer responsible for the coordination of daily operations of the industry and provide of leadership in the industry with eight factories including ensuring employees deliver in accordance with the company objectives.

Specific Duties and Responsivities includes:
• Supporting the production planning process and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and production targets are meet.
• Ensure optimum utilization of production inputs such as raw materials, machinery and human resources so that the company is profitable.
• Prepare regular reports for the Management efficiently and on time
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed and documenting procedures for third-party monitoring.

Job Requirements;
• Holder in Master’s Degree in Business Administration or its Equivalent
• Knowledge in Textile industry is an added advantage
• Must have 4 years working experience in managerial position especially in industrial sector
• Has experience in managing large workforce
• Result oriented and Problem Solving
• Good interpersonal skills and networking skills
