Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) through its organ Tanzania Premier League Board(TPLB) mandated to manage its brands namely Premier League. First Division Leagueand Second Division League is looking for suitable qualified Tanzania candidates for 4posts within its Secretariat.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA)

A. Job summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Qualifications

• Holder of Undergraduate Degreepreferably Human Resources orAdministration.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be fluent in both writtenand spoken Kiswahili and Englishlanguages.
• Must be Tanzanian Citizen.
• With a minimum of three yearsworking experience in high profileoffice.
• Strong interest in sports, especiallyfootball.
• Between 30 and 40 years of age.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deal with all general correspondence.
• Provide assistance to Chief ExecutiveOfficer.
• Deal with confidential matters in theoffice of the Chief Executive Officer.
• Undertake routine correspondencewith prior approval of Chief ExecutiveOfficer.
• Arrange meetings and appointmentschedules for the senior executives.
• Maintaining good communicationlinks with clubs and otherstakeholders.
• Perform any other duties as may beassigned by Chief Executive Officer.
