JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
1. Develop, lead and implement business cost reduction strategies through sourcing to improve our cost position without a sacrificing quality.
2. Evaluate, coordinate, and support sourcing opportunities.
3. Support product development and improvement teams by sourcing new technologies from qualified supplier while leading the qualification process.
4. Challenge existing suppliers to recommend more cost-effective and more reliable products that will improve our competitive positions. Assist in the evaluation and coordination of these recommendation.
5. Work with sourcing, Engineering and Quality to develop procedures and processes to qualify potential suppliers.
6. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous contract terms and conditions.
7. Perform detailed cost analysis to identify optimal procurement options aligned with budget constraints and quality standards.

9. Keep procurement activities compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
10. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the purchased materials meet all necessary quality metrics.
11. Serve as the point of contract between Engineering departments and suppliers to clarify technical specifications or resolve issues.
12. Administer supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet both short term needs and long-term strategic goals.
Requirements and Skills
1. 1.Bachelor degree in Procurement and registered in board
2. 2.A minimum of 3yrs experience in procurement or related field
3. 3.Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation
4. 4.Previous involvement in cost reduction initiatives.
5. 5.Deadline 15th jan 2024.
