The organisation seeks to recruit the Head of Department - Human Resource for Health with immediate effect. The HOD-Human Resource for Health will be required to take the lead to advocate for policies that influence availability, distribution, retention and performance of health workers.
POSITION: Project Coordinator Digital System & Communications
REPORTS TO: Director of Programmes
DUTY STATION: Dodoma

JOB PURPOSE:
To coordinate/manage the Integrated Digital Communication Platform and Systems. .
Specific Responsibilities
• Manage the Integrated Digital Communication Platform (IDCP) usage and other Sikika’s digital communications and systems.
• Act as liaison between the organization, targeted audience and other IDCP partners.
• Provide Technical advice and inputs on IDCP and other integrated system in the organization.
• Generate creative ideas for digital communications, including the Website.
• Coordinate messages from Print materials e.g. reports for IDCP and other internal systems.
• Manage and prepare narrative progress reports as well as other analytical IDCP reports that may be required for submission.
• Take part in all IDCP and systems related forums in collaboration with partners to produce and upload contents.
• Monitor, analyse and evaluate IDPC and other organization systems’ contents and share the reports with partners.
• Contribute to improve Staff knowledge and skills on digital communications by facilitating Learning Sessions.
• Oversee and maintain effective flow of communication within Sikika, across all departments.

Skills Required
Strategic system knowledge, innovation and creativity, knowledge of Social Media and SEO, data analysis, graphic design and related software skills, excellent in oral and written communication, proofreading and detailing, ability to multitask and work with different teams.
Education and Experience
• Holder of a Degree/Masters in Digital Communication/Mass Communication/Project Management.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Media and Digital Communications, System and Website administration.
• Active in social media with ability to learn new technology as it evolves.
• Experience in creating digital communication contents with video editing for the IDC Platform & Website.
