Qualification
• desire to learn - you don't have to be a developer, designer, or project manager to accomplish a good job, but you must be familiar with all areas of software development.
• attention to detail – the devil is in the details so you should be able to spot issues others usually miss
• experience working in a self-driven Agile environment
• you’re comfortable with working on long-term projects & cooperations and not switching projects every day Communication skills - Because a large part of your job will entail direct communication with clients and coworkers, you should be a natural communicator.
• a technical background or very good understanding of IT
• a highly motivated person interested in managing software projects
• problem-solving pragmatism and analytical thinking outside the box
• positive attitude towards work and new challenges
• having a sense of urgency

Roles and Duties
• Understanding programming any computer language
• work experience in managing IT projects
• Background in computer science, information technology, and related subjects
• experiences with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Pivotal Tracker, Basecamp, or other
