JOB DETAILS:
• The Project Manager will be accountable for providing Strategic, Programmatic and Operational Leadership and direction for the Vaccination Project. He/She will oversee day to day operations, including Directing, Organizing, Planning and Resource Management. Key specific areas of responsibility include staff supervision, providing quality and timely management of project activities including meeting programmatic and financial deliverables, collaborating with the partners, achieving desired results and identifying challenges to improve performance, etc.
• The Project Manager has a leadership role in building relationships, coordinating Public Private Partnership and for effectively interacting with other stakeholders including Government teams across the catchment areas.

Education and Experience requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Public Health (MPH), or other relevant Degrees from recognized Institutions.
• Minimum Six (6) years of demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of donor funded projects, preferably of similar size and scope with extensive experience of managing people and project budgets.
• Strong understanding of cultural competency with the target population
• Demonstrated managing donor funded projects, personnel and project financial management experience.
