PURCHASING SCHOOL KITS MATERIALS FOR PUPILS
WHO ARE REPATRIATING TO BURUNDI FROM NDUTA
AND NYARUGUSU REFUGEE CAMPS.

Right To Play is planning to purchase and distribute school learning kits for 2,000 students who will repatriate from both camps. This will support students with necessary learning materials for easy integration into the Burundian school system and continue with their studies when they arrive in Burundi. The school learning kits include school bags, exercise books, ball pens, pencil, rulers, and mathematical sets. Lot No 001, and Purchase and provision of reusable sanitary pads for girls, female coaches and teachers who are repatriating to Burundi from Nduta and Nyarugusu refugee.camps. Lot No 002

1. Right To Play now invites sealed tenders from eligible National suppliers and registered Companies.
2. Tendering will observe Right To Play Procurement policy.

3.Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information at Right to Play Tanzania, Dar es salaam through email

Tzprocurement@righttoplay.com from 08.00 am to 17.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.

4. All Tenders in one original copy properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be addressed to Right to Play Tanzania, Dar es salaam July 2024 delivery acceptable at Right to Play office Locate at Mikocheni Regent Estate, Darui Street Plot No 446 House No 15, before Day of Wednesday 8^th July 2024 at 11:00 am and the tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Right to Play Conference Hall on 8th July 2024.
