Chanya Lodge is nestled on the outskirts of Moshi town, in Tanzania (East Africa), at the foothills of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. The prime location of the lodge is a 50-minute drive away from Kilimanjaro International Airport, making it an ideal stay for trekkers, safari seekers, business people and families. Guests are warmly welcomed by the smiles of friendly, helpful staff and accommodated in one of 32 en-suite rooms. The lodge is known for its abundant green carpeted-grass gardens, multi-cuisine restaurant and its large swimming pool.The lodge has a family heritage and history since the year of its establishment 1988. The roots of the lodge have positively evolved throughout the years with the involvement of three different generations. With the most recent refurbishments, we aspire to give guests the experience of true Tanzanian hospitality and nature’s charm combined with exceptional comforts. With a connection to the past, the staff and visitors become a part of our extended family, resulting to what we hope is a home away from home for each of one of our guests.
